By using Foams you agree to these terms.

The service

Foams lets authorized users upload videos and publish or schedule them to social media profiles they own or are allowed to manage. Access is limited to people the owner gives the password to.

Your content and accounts

You keep all rights to your content. You confirm you have the right to post it and that it follows each platform's rules (Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube). You are responsible for what is published through your connected profiles.

Platform rules

Publishing goes through each platform's official API and is subject to their terms, limits and review. A platform may reject, limit or make private a post, and Foams can't override that.

No guarantee

Foams is provided as is. We work to publish posts on time but can't guarantee every post will go out, for example if a platform is down, changes its API, or revokes access.

Ending access

You can disconnect profiles or stop using Foams at any time. The owner can remove anyone's access.
