Privacy Policy

Foams is a publishing tool that lets its owner and team upload a finished video once and post it to the Instagram, Threads, TikTok and YouTube profiles they connect. This policy explains what Foams stores and why.

What we collect

How we use it

Only to publish the posts you create to the profiles you choose, at the time you choose, and to show you the results. Foams does not sell data, show ads, or use your content to train any model. It only requests the permissions needed to publish: profile basics and content publishing.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with Vercel (hosting and storage) in the United States. Videos are stored at long, unguessable links so that Instagram and Threads can fetch them while publishing.

Deleting your data

Disconnect a profile on the Accounts page and Foams immediately deletes its tokens and profile details. Deleting a post in Foams removes it from Foams (posts already published stay on the platform until you remove them there). You can also revoke Foams' access at any time in your Instagram, Threads, TikTok or Google account settings. To ask for all of your data to be deleted, email keekoiman@gmail.com and we will delete it within 30 days.

Platform policies

Use of YouTube content is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Foams' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Instagram and Threads data is handled under Meta's Platform Terms, and TikTok data under TikTok's Developer Terms.
